New Production Welds

Here's an indication of the steady hand that's behind the welds on all of the Carli line-up. The heat signature behind the weld shows perfect penetration and consistency. This is the footprint of a solid weld, and as I did a lap around the shop I propped up one of the Long Travel Air Bag brackets and snapped this picture of a smoking weld.

We brought in a new production welder with years of experience manufacturing and one hell of a steady hand. Things have been getting tightened up around here and we're stoked that everything still has the signature of Carli Suspension, Inc, even if it's invisible under the powder coat.

Around the shop we call him "Super Joe". Super Joe loves burning wire... and it shows in his work. We're stoked that we're able to increase production levels and quality at the same time. We know that our customers can rely on the highest quality standard available. We'll keep stepping it up and raising the bar, this is a finger print of Carli Suspension's characteristics.

This kind of consistency is what we expect for our customers. As long as the product coming off of our bench has a quality signature burned into it, we're happy.
