Sage's Obsession with Quality
Here's a classic example of what makes this company special. Here's a Carli Billet Shock Tower with the steel mounting ring, hardware and machined shock bolt ready to rock. There's a cosmetic blemish on the top of the tower, otherwise a flawless component. It's been pulled from stock and has been sitting on Sage's desk for over a month with a note on it. A customer won't receive a product that hasn't passed the most critical eye for quality, right down to the very last process, powder coating.
This is one of the key differentiators that sets Carli Suspension apart. I've seen a box of coil springs fall off of a pallet, and Sage repackaged them before they went out. Even if the box corner is crushed, it gets dealt with immediately. We know that you can't hurt 40 lbs of wound spring steel by dropping it in a shipping container, but that's just Sage. These kind of events happen from time to time, but the difference is, no customer will receive anything less.
