Stepping up production in 2010
It looks pretty certain that 2010 is going to be another growth year for the company and we have new hands in the production pipeline. It's business as usual on the welding table and machine-like welds are still what you should come to expect from us. I walked into the production bay and decided to share the QC visual with all of you.
As the things change and the company grows, we have to look deep and react fast while delivering what is expected from our customers. Our production is on a steady climb and you can rest assured that Sage still inspects every ball joint, sees every load of product to and from powder coat and puts his eye on every shipment. The fanatical quality level that Sage started is only getting stronger.
Take a look at the Ford shock mounts coming off of the welding table.
This was taken today, March 17th, to demonstrate the consistency in our production quality throughout the growth phase that we seem to constantly be in. Our rhythm hasn't changed and each passing day we're smoothing out our system.

Any given afternoon, you can observe the pipeline's intensity and right around 3PM the shop energy peaks as the day's orders are headed out the door to our dealers and customers.
